PRO-CTCAE
PRO-CTCAE is the patient-reported outcome version of the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE). The PRO-CTCAE consists of sets of response otions that cover frequency (never, rarely, occasionally, frequently, almost constantly) or symptom severity (mild, moderate, severe, very severe) and interference (not at all, a little bit, somewhat, quite a bit, very much) matched to questions about the presence/absence, frequency, severity of symptoms and interference in activities of daily life. Scores of appropriate PROMIS domains (e.g., PROMIS Depression) are linked to PRO-CTCAE questions.
