Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7)
The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) is a 7-item instrument developed with primary care patients and the goal of identifying probable cases of GAD (Spitzer, Kroenke, Williams, & Löwe, 2006). Items are rated for the last two weeks, using a four-point scale for duration (from “not at all” to “nearly every day”).
